Kundalini Yoga Classes
Living To Your Highest Potential
Make space in your busy schedule for relaxation and self growth
time. Known as the Mother of all Yogas, Kundalini Yoga
incorporates stretching, breathing, meditation and relaxation.
This yoga is more aerobic and at times more vigorous than other
yogas, providing you with stress reduction, relaxation,
inner growth and expansion, and also a great workout.
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is also known as the Yoga of Awareness. Brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan in 1968, he taught that, through the practice of Kundalini Yoga and meditation, your glandular and nervous systems are stimulated, and your capacity for creative potential is heightened. You gain inner vitality to compensate for the adverse effects of stress so you can excel in life. Find more information about Kundalini Yoga in this article.

Understanding Your 10 Bodies
We cannot control the world around us, but we can do our best to control our response to its ever-changing and ever-increasing stresses. In order to be whole and in control, you must get to know all the parts of yourself and learn how to integrate and coordinate them.
In these 11 weeks, we will start with an overview of the 10 Bodies - the soul, the negative, positive and neutral minds, the physical body, the arc line, the aura, the pranic body, the subtle body and the radiant body. We will then use the science of numerology to analyze our birth date, and then learn yogic technology to strengthen our 10 bodies.
Mukta Khalsa has taught thousands of students Kundalini Yoga since 1974 in a variety of classroom settings including colleges, universities and private studios. She received a B. A. from Smith College in Eastern Religion and a minor in Education. Her knowledge of the body is enhanced by her years of practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She holds the Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher Certification having taught over 5000 hours of yoga.
