This Month's Tip
How
to increase your energy in 9 easy steps
Step 1: "Breathe"
Step 2: "Rest and Relaxation"
Step 3: "Reset Your Aura Daily"
Step 4: "The Power of Water"
Step 5: "Reduce Your Stress"
Step 6: "Exercise"
Step 7: "Food"
Step 8: "Structural Care"
Step 9: "Goals and Dreams"
Step 3: Reset your magnetic field (aura) daily
You have a magnetic field generated
by the electrical vibrations of your body. When your rate of vibration
is higher you feel uplifted, healthy and happy. When your vibration
is slower, you feel down, tired, defeated.
Another name for the magnetic
field is aura. Your aura is your magnetic field, it's that attractive
and or repulsive (repellent) field around you. The Yogis say that
inanimate objects have a one foot (or less) aura, living objects have about
a three foot aura, and humans should have a nine foot aura. The bigger
your aura, the better!
You may not be able to see
auras but you can feel them. How? It's the aura you feel when
you meet a person for the first time and you think "I like this person,
there's something special about this person." It's also their aura
that makes you know to "stay away!"
When you are living in doubt,
when you feel insecure, your aura is "sucked in" smaller. When you
practice aura building exercises you feel confident, capable, and can easily
and fearlessly get things done.
Reset your aura, your magnetic
field, daily. This will give you more energy, more health, more vitality
and more prosperity. Here's how:
Before you get out of bed in
the morning (or after your nap (see last months Energy Tip #2—Rest
and Relaxation)) gently rotate both your feet and your hands in small
circles at the ankles and wrists. Continue rotating in one direction
for 10-15 seconds and then reverse directions for another 10-15 seconds.
(For you dedicated few, try 3 minutes in each direction!)
Then briskly rub the soles
of your feet and the palms of your hands together for another 10-15 seconds.
This will reset your magnetic field and prepare you for the day.
Bonus Tip
Increase Your Aura and Feel Protected
In addition to wake up time,
when should you reset your magnetic field?
When you're feeling
overwhelmed in that huge crowd at the convention.
Before that big presentation
and the number of butterflies in your stomach exceeds critical mass.
If you're ever feeling irrationally
fearful.
After lunch, before
your head hits your desk.
During your "every two hours"
driving break.
Instead of taking your shoes off,
lying down and rotating your hands and feet, reset your aura by doing the
following:
Extend your arms straight out
to the sides, parallel to the ground. Bend your forearms up at a
90 degree angle with the palms facing forward. Gently close your
hands into fists with the thumbs on the outside. Then open and close
the fingers again with the thumbs inside the fist. Rapidly repeat
this opening and closing motion, alternating the thumbs in and out about
3 or 4 times per second. Do this for one minute and you'll quickly
feel centered and rejuvenated. (Remember, every building has a bathroom
where you can go hide to do this fun (and funny) exercise)
Practice this aura reset every
day for 1-3 minutes. Begin with one minute, slowly increasing
the amount of time as your arms become accustomed to the exercise.
Then, when you're needing that quick pick-me-up, you can get maximum benefit
with minimum effort—1 minute should be enough.

for Health
Drink your water
How much water? Try to
drink about half you weight in ounces of water each day. If you weigh
100 pounds, you should try to drink about 50 ounces of water. There
are 8 ounces in a cup so at 100 pounds, drinking 6 cups of water would
be ideal.
Can't remember to drink your
water? By setting out and filling up a couple of quart jars with
your desired amount at the beginning of the day, you'll be reminded to
drink every time you pass by.
Don't like the taste of water?
Add the juice of ½ lemon to one of the quarts. In addition
to making the water taste better, the lemon will help to alkalinize your
body. Alkalinizing helps to neutralize the acids in your body that lead
to disease, toxicity and prolonged pain.

you can take to slow the natural progression of aging and disease.
We will cover the Three
Steps to Total Well Being:
